Pencil? liquid?gel?
for gel liner I absolutely love Inglot 77. black black black and does not budge! another option is the Maybelline gel liner. also wonderful and stays put.
for pencil option I really like the prestige total intensity in black.

I use Mac's Fluidline in Blacktrack. As a cheaper alternative I use the Catrice gel liner in black. It's as good and a quarter of the price. A pity that Essence gel liner is not available anymore. That one was the best😔.

Urban decay's shade Perversion is super black! They offer it in pencil and liquid.
