I really love that this mascara is all natural since I am switching to all natural makeup due to harmful chemicals. But I am wondering if this mascara is any good? I have long eyelashes and I personally do not like the clumpy spider look. I prefer separated lashes. Will this do the job? Thanks :)

Yeah physicians formula is owned my a parent company that is not "natural" so I don't think that product is necessarily void of harsh chemicals - unless the ingredients say they use certified organic ingredients then the term "natural" really doesn't mean much - it's more for marketing as cocoa suggested - I mean I use all natural acetone in my lab and all natural chloroform - doesn't mean it's safe to put on your skin or face :)

I didn't try this one but I tried another by them. The first time I tried years ago it flaked so badly in my eyes I couldn't see. Second (recent) 9 hours later it was still wet and smudging everywhere. It was a shame because I loved the way it looked on my lashes. I do love their other makeup though, natural or not lol

It is unfortunate that they do not regulate cosmetics in the You.S. as harshly as other countries. I have this app that shows me all the ingredients and explains the harmful effects of them. This one is the "healthiest" mascara on the app. It is very frustrating all the chemicals that are put in makeup. Especially from brands that claim to be good for your skin and then have carcinogens in their products. Do you know any good brands that are ACTUALLY natural or organic?

Juice organics is a good one but I can't remember if they have a mascara.

I agree that we are exposed to a lot of chemicals, but I would like to cut down on the amount of chemicals my skin soaks in. There are numerous carcinogens, neurotoxins, and well immunotoxicities that I just do not want. For example, some lipsticks contain lead, that we then ingest. Plus I have ridiculously sensitive skin, and I have found that products with less ingredients work much bette for me. But thank you for looking at the reviews, I hadn't had a chance to do that :(
