shut up! thats amazing *doffs imaginary hat* I'm the type of person that needs to see results to stay motivated. how did you get into it? any advice for starting out? like DVD's, websites... anything you can suggest I'd be grateful. so how long after starting did you get to your goal? thanks x

I got my goal within a yr but continued to push it and exceeded my goal I went from pushing 200 to 119 and now I'm at 125-130 due to muscle gain
