New Eyeliner Needed Please.

Hi girls, I'm having a huge dilemma with my eyeliner. Currently I'm using L'oreal Lineur Intense eye liner. Its great for winged liner and for the most part wears very well. However my eyes tear during the day and the eyeliner wears off. Any suggestions?? Most gel liners run and I end up looking like a raccoon.. Thank you in advanced and any suggestions will he greatly appreciated...

Ugh Issy Inglot gel liner will be your best friend!! You can buy it here on bl and it does not budge! My mother in law have such trouble with watery eyes due to a lot of allergies and she swears by inglot!

Issy you must try Bobbi gel liners. They dry after a couple of minutes and last all day. My eyes water a lot but I have no trouble.

I just cashed in some of points at Sephora for one of the deluxe samples of the Marc Jacobs gel liner pencils - I have never experienced anything like the staying power of this pencil in my waterline and it's super smooth going on. This is my experience at least - but it is pricey. If you have 100 Pts to spare at Sephora check it out.
