For liquid, I love love love stila's stay all day, and for gel I've been using Bobbi brown's, though I hear inglot has a good one. I'm still looking for a good pencil though!

Physician's formula liquid liner is insanely good. It's usually one of those brands I don't even consider but I bought it on a whim and ohhhh man was I wrong. It's super precise and easy to use, and does not budge at all.

Lol I have all these liners yet can't seem to decide on one. My favs are the maybelline gel liner and Stila eyeliner but I'm looking for something superior.

Try Bobbi gel liner. It's easy to apply and stays put for hours.

liquid - almay, NYC & smashbox felt
gel - loreal
pencil - loreal infallible

I don't like the Maybelline gel, it smudges like crazy I don't recommend it.

I really like the jesses girl liquid eyeliner. To me, it works better than the stila eyeliner and it is super affordable at only $6.

For liquid I love kvd's original tattoo liner and urban Decay's 24/7 liners. Mufe's are also lovely.
For pencil I only use urban Decay's.
For gel I love tartes, and clinique
