I think you might need to lift your hair a little more in order for the grey to be bold.

Your hair will have to be almost white to become grey, even dark grey, there can't be any pigment in the hair shift in order to get grey

You'll probably need more than even 2 bleach washes.. Your hair is pretty dark compared to where it needs to be in my opinion. I bleach my hair myself, but for something like this I would advice you have someone who knows what they are doing in a professional stand point. This is something that is easily messed up and very damaging! But if you do decide to do it yourself I would research a lot about it based on your specific hair type. Something like this will take time and shouldn't be accomplished in a day.
