I would do a pink/nude lippie and use a highlighter and concealer to brighten your eyes and use mascara to make them seem wider.

I would keep it natural because professional pictures often alter the way makeup looks. personally, I'd do, mascara, no liner, neutral shadow or none, and a nice pink or nude lip, maybe even red.

Fill in your brows a little bit with an eyeshadow and it will make your face stand out a little more(:
