Shoes To Wear With Circle Skirts!?

Ok so what shoes would look best if I wore a circle skirt and

- a band tee

- a tee shirt and a chunky knitted cardigan

- a light sweater or long sleeved crop top?

I'm trying to stay away from converse and vans because I already wear those too much :/

I wear black boots in spring so I do suggest boots (small fashionable ones, not big, chunky winter boots) or booties. Heels or wedges would be cute too.
