For about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks I've been using water/tea tree oil mixed on my face. And ONLY rinsing with it at night.
It's gotten A LITTLE better. I know to give it about a month. Does anyone suggest anything to maybe add to the routine?
I just used some clindamycin & benzoyl per. on it.. Maybe I shouldn't have. IDK. My acne is killing me

Acne will take a long time to get rid of, it won't happen overnight and it may take months. sticking to a strict skincare routine and eating healthy and avoiding stress can also help. from personal experience I am not a fan of benzoyl peroxide. it's very harsh on the skin. one time my boyfriend dropped a bit on the floor and wiped it up and it actually burned a hole through the carpet. I wouldn't want something like that on my face. tea tree oil is good for acne and you may even want to try witch hazel as a toner. depending on the type of acne you may want to consult your doctor/dermatologist for more recommendations.

I had pretty bad acne and tried all this stuff. I was looking around for other stuff and I went to the body shop, and they gave me their tea tree oil line for blemished and acne skin and oh my goodness it is amazing!
I started seeing results pretty much in two day and I rarely get pimples anymore. If you want to try it out go to the store and they will do it on your face and give you samples. The good thing about the range is that it lasts for such a long time, I brought mine on Boxing Day and I am no where near halfway. Unfortunately this won't help with scaring though.
