Are you looking for color suggestions? Because honestly I find this question a bit...unnecessary. The nice thing about having dark hair is that every color goes with it and you don't have to worry about clashing (if you look at my pictures you'll notice that I spent the last several years with incredibly strange hair colors). Especially because your hair is dark, I truly believe that you should do your makeup exactly how you like.

After I dyed my hair dark I always felt like I never had enough make up on but thats cause your not used to it. I definitely played up my eyes a bit more and used darker shadow until I got used to it.

When I dyed my hair black it really didn't limit any makeup options

Neutral colors on the eye usually work with a bold lip and sometimes even the perfect nude lip I have dark hair and I have a YouTube beauty channel if you want to take a look and see if anything inspires you I encourage it. Xoxo
