I wound go quit simple on the make up so the dress will stand out. They are red which is bold colour that attracts the attention. Having very bold make up will look jut 'too much'

I would do an updo. As for shoes, I think nude or black (maybe even a gold would look nice too) as for jewelry just stick with earrings or maybe some kind of hair accessory? Its kind of hard to tell, do you have a pic of just the front of the dress?

Makeup, I also like the hair too... As for the lip, I'm not big on the ombre trend, I think it looks like your lipstick has just worn off, so I'd go with one solid color.
