So I dyed my hair is there other ways getting it out not damage the hair.

You'll have to strip it if you want to get the color out, which I would think does cause damage. I think the only damage free thing you could do it wait for the color to fade on its own. Although I think if you do a good moisturizing hair mask before and after stripping your hair then the damage won't be as bad.

A soap cap. A mixture of lightener, developer, clarifying shampoo, and water. Could cause damage depending on hair condition. If hair is healthy this method will help.
