But thank you all for your input. I'm still really hesitant so it might be a while before I get to it, still a bunch of research to do to. But, once again, thank you for your suggestions, I think I'll go with number 1 and then try the other shades when I touch up

With purples like that it's very hard to get it exact like a picture. Even when I go purple (which I have several times) it's usually a shade or two off from what I hoped.
But just to save your hair, don't tone it after bleaching. At least not with a developer mixed toner. Purple tones anyways, so if anything you'd just have to use some purple veggie dye twice if your hair bleaches to super yellow. Which is basically conditioning while dying and toning instead of damaging.
