So I'm going out for a birthday meal soon with family, but I'm not sure what to wear. I'm going to buy a new outfit so suggestions would be appreciated. Also makeup as well☺️

Ok I would have my hair either in a bun, or down & curl it. for makeup, I would go with a bold matte lipstick with a slight smokey eye & winged liner. & I would lightly contour if you're into that. for clothes, I would wear a formal black dress (you look good in black according to your picture). I know macy's has some great cheap nice dresses! have fun!
