Since you posted another question asking about hair growth I would suggest sticking to a color that you can achieve without bleaching your hair. Bleach dries out and damages your hair and if you're trying to grow your hair out then you're not going to want to do that.

Depends on what's more important to you, growing it out or dying it. If you'd rather have the length then grow it out first but if you'd rather have the color then dye it.

I really like the auburn color but if you want something that really stands out I would go with #2 or #3

I'd do the first picture or dip dye.. like #5 in your third picture. The others wouldn't look right imo.
