So I know shampooing your hair in warmish water or hot water then condition your hair with cold water but should you rinse the shampoo from your hair in cold water before you condition it or keep your hair warm then rinse the conditioner?

You should use lukewarm water, not hot water, to wash and condition your hair then do a final rinse with cold water.

@Alexis is correct. Hot water will strip your hair of it's natural oils (making it dry) and color (if you have dyed it) lukewarm and cold water are your bestfriends!! :)
