Why is my makeup still cakey?

I use primer and seven foundation and powder and setting spray and still doesn't look what I want? Is it cause my foundation doesn't match?

Yes I agree with Miss N. Make sure you cleanse, tone, exfoliate and moisturize. And how do you apply your foundation? If you're not trying a beauty blender then maybe you should try it out and see if it makes a difference.

Also,try a light hand with the powder (and everything btw),but maybe you are just puting too much powder,and it just sits on your face... Another thing I can think of is that the powder is not so finely milled (I once got one from Max Factor and it was a pressed powder,but so horribly done,drying,grayish,you could see it on my face from miles away...
