What colour eyeshadow and nails?

I have a formal dinner coming up and I'm wearing a navy blue dress with black heels and a black blazer that has silver zips and I'll be wearing silver jewelry. I'm thinking that I will do a light silver on my eyes because I'm not to great at eyeshadow so I wanted something plain and simple. But I'm not sure what colour to do my nails. I was thinking a navy that is the same colour as the dress or a silver but I don't want to have too much silver if you know what I mean?

I want to say red so it doesn't look like too matchy but navy blue is a good option too.
