Hii beauties soo I really want to buy one of those strapless bikini tops with the fringe. but you IDK if it will stay up. because when I usually buy strapless tops or bras they fall down. so does anyone know how to keep them from falling down or is there something with the sizing or what?

Get a tighter fit. If you're going in the pool with it other methods like hairspray won't be very helpful. Sorry.

I have big boobs & I have a strapless fringe bikini top & it does fall down. I have to tie it really tight to keep my boobs from popping out. Or what you can do is buy a top in a size smaller that way it can be tighter. A lot of bathing suit tops like that come with a halter strap that you can attach to it to give more support.
