My dress is dark blue almost black so I was wondering if you guys could help me out finding a midnight blue/black eye look that gets lighter and becomes maybe an off white towards the center? I also need lip help I have like no lip products so what would be best for prom? What's going to look the best and stay on the best?

You can pair it with a liquid lipstick, those are the ones that last longest in my experience - I hear Kat Von D's are amazing, I wish I could get my hands on them but they don't sell them in Italy! :c
