When I use makeup wipes, my skin gets red, irritated and it hurts. Is there any way to heal it?

try a different kind. something for sensitive skin, fewer ingredients, no alcohol - there are plenty of kinds out there.

Try a micellar solution instead and use on cotton pads. Same idea but way more gentle!

I noticed mine get irritated with neutrogena pink grapefruit ones but the more gentle makeup remover ones in blue package leave my skin really soft! Or look for some made with aloe

I have the same problem with makeup wipes. Try removing your makeup with a gentle cleanser instead. I like oil cleansers for makeup removal. Neutrogena used to make a One Step cleaner that was gentle and very good. It took your makeup off and washed your face in one go. Not sure if they still make it though. :-(

Don't use the wipes. Your skin is obviously reacting to these wipes. Try using wipes for sensitive skin.

I have the same problem! I have super sensitive skin and majority of wipes out there are brutal to my skin. I recently tried the Simple brand wipes and they are actually ok! I always follow up with toner/moisturizer to help with any irritation I may get. That is always a key step when I use the Simple wipes.

Don't use them... Try muslin cloths really gentle and cleans all make up using your normal facial wash... I hope that helps

Have you tried the simple wipes?
They don't seem to irritate my skin like others xx

I have the same problem with some brands of wipe but I found that the riteaid brand detoxifying ones in the green package work well. The wipes are oil free and do have a little alcohol in them but it does not irritate my sensitive, normal to dry skin. I like to tone and moisturizer after using them.

Try baby wipes. They are much more sensitive and way cheaper

I agree on babywipes. Also i use extra virgin olive oil on cotton pad as my makeup remover, works great
