My absolute favorite by far is the Urban Decay pencil liner. It's the best, longest lasting, easiest liner to work with that I've ever found. I love how many shades they have and how smoothly they all glide on. They're truly wonderful.

I like the Sephora Retractable but prefer L'Oreal Infallible over it. They are pretty similar but I find that Sephora's seems to smudge more. The UD Hannah mentioned is also great...

The only pencil liner I use is the Urban Decay one. My waterline is sensitive so I find anything else makes me tear up (Marc Jacobs, sephora collection... You name it, I've tried it!)
