Hello! I have a spring fling dance in a week and I was wondering if anyone has seen a cute dress. Not something super glittery or prom like, it's spring fling so I'm looking for something dressier than casual but less than prom (if that makes sense haha). And since my school is strict on dress code it can't have spaghetti straps and the shortest it can be is a little above the knee. If you have any suggestions I'd love it if you could show a picture and the name of the store! Thanks so much!

Okay..I couldn't find any that go at least an inch or two over the knees.. Haha. But they work for the fingertip rule! F21 has really cute dresses in general though, I'd check there. Charlotte Russe too.
