scabbing on the face!! HELP

Okay so of course I picked at a pimple I had.... I know it's the worst thing I could have done to it... Well now I'm left with a huge scab above my left eyebrow(more towards my inner corner) Ahhh how can I get rid of this ASAP??

this may not be asap but using any electronic face brush whenever cleansing will get rid of it in a few days or at least smooth it out so it can be easily covered :) and when using the brush, go over sections of face slowly and go over whole face 3-5times.
