Cellulite issues? 😔

I'm not overweight or anything, but I have some really stubborn cellulite on the back of my legs. Is there any way to reduce or minimize it? Or is it just genetic and something I have to learn to love? I've seen these cellulite wraps on Pinterest, has anyone tried those?

Do some lunges girl! And squats! That really helped me and you notice a difference so fast even if you just do ten a day I'm sure you'll notice a difference after a week. and it's normal to have cellulite most people do whether or not they'll admit it is a different question ;)! Embrace it!... But equally excorsise too lol

When I do squats I only feel them on the tops of my thighs, am I not doing them right? I feel like I should feel them on my butt lol but I never do.

Yeah you should really feel them on your butt keep heads straight hold arms straight in front of you feet just a bit more than shoulder width apart and when you go down do it slowly whilst keeping your back straight and head up! Oh and stick your butt out! If you still can't feel it just try changing the width your feet are apart until you do one that you can feel down in the but cheeks and thighs :)

I have a lot too but thankfully my skinny jeans have kinda pushed them in. (I think) but I also do a lot of work that requires a lot of leg muscle so that could be what's keeping it from showing a lot. Ever since I started doing squats (5-10 morning and before bed) I've seen a big improvement in leg strength and cellulite reduction. Also, lets just say that anaconda want some cause I got buns hun!

It's fine Jessica N! And I normally just do 10 when I've just got out the shower whilst my body dries haha I normally just do that a day because it's and easy amount only takes 2 minutes! Or you could do it whilst brushing your teeth you could do as many as you like I would do at least 10 a day but preferably probably 20 or 30 I'm just lazyyyy

Jessica embrace your legs mine are humongous! They're are like tree trunks and yes... They wobble when I walk lol (ps I'm not fat my legs and butt just forgot to stop growing) men like a bit of chunk! :)

Girl, I'm huge and I have cellulite, most people do, I've heard that it can be hereditary? But I find that hard to believe, although it could be true! I recommend squats and Jergens tightening lotion, it's made a huge difference on my cellulite. I do 15 to 20 squats a day, sometimes I skip a day due to typical laziness but I feel like the lotion is what's making the actual difference. I can sometimes see a tiny difference by the next day, but that's after a few weeks of use of course. Here's what I'm talking about.

It does leave you with a tan, but it's gradual. Not a huge difference at all.

It has little shimmers too, that's a downside for me but it's still a great product.

Exercise and diet are the only things that seem to improve the appearance. Do some cardio like jogging and burpees! :) drink a lot of spring water (no sodas or alcohol), reduce the sodium as much as you can (really really really helps!) and a lot of veggies :)

I've had cellulite since I was 12 and is due to genetics. I don't love my legs but many guys have told me they love them! so, maybe boys judge less than we do :)

Yes like Ariana am says a coffee scrub you can buy it from franks or make one yourself I make mine which I use for any imperfections like stretch marks ,dark spots, and my aunt I make it for her cellulite and it works amazing its also great for giving the skin a beautiful glow
you'll need
1cup ground coffee
3tbsp sea salt or sugar
6tbsp coconut oil
a few drops vitamin e oil (optional)
a few drops cinnamon oil (optional)
mix all of the ingredients together add more oil if you don't like the consistency until you get a consistency you like, but mix little by little. The coffee grounds can be used as well

I agree squats and lunges are great to incorporate in your day but I'd suggest doing more than 10 and adding more each day, maybe find one of those squat challenges on pinterest. Start with 30, then 35,40, & so on

@Meagan M. No it is very nourishing. you can also switch it out for olive oil I know some people prefer olive oil.
