Best lip scrub u every used?! help!!

My lips have a ton of dead skin and are dry and I've tried some stuff but I don't want to spend a lot of money searching. Any suggestions?

Yes, go to your kitchen. Take sugar. Mix with oil. Scrub. No need to spend money on a lip scrub. I make my own with raw sugar and olive oil ;-)

I suggest the same Kelly, but you can use Vaseline as well instead of oil, but any kind of emollient will work :)
