I would do a pinky/nude lip tint with a little gloss and brightened up eyes with a little white, nude, and light pink eye shadow. You could maybe do some thin eyeliner. I would put your hair up in a pretty chignon like this one to show off the jeweled neckline:

A 1/2 updo would look great! And don't forget, if you plan on dancing the night away, you might get a little hot and sweaty so having some of your hair up and off will help to keep you cool! My daughter did a side pony for her prom years ago for precisely that reason!

I would do a natural makeup and possibly curl your hair like in the photo it looks really good with the dress!
