I've officially decided to grow my hair out!! It's going from shoulder length to halfway down my back. Any tips to keep it healthy. (Any products or just general tips you've heard/learned from experience?) thanks!!

Regularly trim your hair, drink plenty of water & get plenty of exercise 😊 try to stay away from heat & brushing too often. please don't try any supplements to make your hair grow faster! they can be harmful. good luck! xo.

-Use sulphate free shampoos
-Use a hair mask at least once a week
-Never brush hair when wet
-Use as little heat as possible
-Use a heat protectant when you do use heat
-Get regular trims
-Make sure your buns/ponytails aren't too tight
-Drink plenty of water and keep yourself healthy as well

Please do NOT take any kinds of pills, including Biotin, Hairfinity, or any other hair, skin, and nail pills, unless you consult a doctor first. Taking supplements without a deficiency can cause serious health problems.

Me to @Tracy R! I've started this month and am doing no heat and do dye until all my current colour is out. My hair is collarbone length so I predict it will take about 2 years!

I am also in the process of growing my hair :D
My tips are use as little heat and chemical as possible, also use hair mask and serum, drink water, get a good amount of sleep and stay healthy.
Oil treatment and DIY mask using organic product will bring a great result. Do research first to make sure you know about it pros and cons to your hair.
You don't need to trim it every three week. Trim your hair only if you get split end or you feel like you really need to. :)
