Either microbead or tape. It depends on your hair condition and texture.

I also love tape-ins :) I've had them for a couple years and have never had troubles with them. You have to get the tape replaced every 6-8 weeks depending how well you look after your hair... Mine last up to 10 weeks. And brushing hair is like normal :)

So I typically get braids once or twice a year and can wear them about three months, if not a little longer each time, each. It's all about how you take care of your hair while its in/under said extensions. I've seen people keep sew ins for 6 months and their hair is perfectly fine afterwards.

Sew ins are a really bad option for people with thin/damaged hair. The tightness of the braids can cause splitting and breakage. I would go to a salon and have a consultation, but tape ins are generally the least damaging.

Shannie and shona, do you need to get a hairdresser to put them in or are they easy enough to do yourself?

You can do them by yourself but I get the hairdresser to do them :) to remove them, you can get a spray :)
