Looks like a great ipsy bag this month! Let me know how you end up liking the It Cosmetics brow power, I've been eyeing that pencil for awhile now. I am still waiting on my Ipsy bag for another week...
Also, I forgot to get back to you last month about how I liked the Chella brow pencil. I have been using it daily for the last few weeks and have really grown to love it. It is just like the Anastasia brow wiz in my opinion. It's super easy to apply the right amount and mimic brow hairs since the tip is very small. Also it didn't smudge or fade throughout the day and it has been really hot lately where I live. It also is surprisingly a good match for me color wise which was awesome news. Ever since I went from bright red hair to medium blonde it has been really tough finding a color that didn't look too harsh on me, but this was a great fit! 2 thumbs up :)

Traci that's awesome. I love chella!! it made me so sad I didn't get that pencil lol. I always have a hard time finding pencils my color since I have pitch black hair. the closest to my color is chocolate dip BROW by Anastasia! let's see if this one will work for me

I've never gotten birchbox so I can't tell you but I know their is a thread up right now that says it it all. I hear good thing about birchbox though
