BB cream is a lifesaver! I recommend Smashbox Photoready BB cream. It's a tad expensive but you'll get a whole summers worth of use! Great investment.

For hair, I love beachy waves. all I do is wash my hair the night before and put it into two french braids while it's still damp. then I will take them out the next morning and add a little bit of hairspray (: you could also add sea salt spray!

for makeup, wear what you want! if you usually wear foundation, maybe wear a bb cream. and trade all your darker blushes (if you use them) for bright corals or peaches (: I also love switching to waterproof and cream formulas! make sure to moisturize and you could top the whole look off with a really pretty lip tint (:
