I've been seriously considering getting some brushes from The Bold Metals Collection. But I don't know if its worth the money. I was hoping for you who have tried them if you can post a short honest review if you loved them or hated them. The pros and cons ect and if I should add them to my collection.
Thanks Xx

I have the blush brush. It's a very soft brush and a nice size but I just find it's too dense for blusher. I haven't tried it for anything else but I don't think much of it at the moment.

Looking at the other brushes, I feel the powder brushes are too dense for powder and the eye brushes too big (though the angled liner looks good).

I think I own better brushes that are around the same price range. I personally like Bobbi Brown's, Charlotte Tilbury's and Louise Young's which aren't too dissimilar in price, at least they aren't where I'm from.

I'd say they're better quality than the normal RT line but I wouldn't say they're the same quality as similarly priced brushes in other lines.

@Jacqlyn Personal I don't own any RT brushes and don't have any experience with them. May I ask why you don't like them?

I haven't tried them yet, but one of my favorite youtubers, kathleenlights, did a review on them and she said they are softer and the handles are nicer. you should watch the review. she is one of the most honest youtubers I've seen on youtube too!

@Rebecca that's good to know. And what makes you say that they aren't the same quality as other similarly priced brushes?

@Katelyn I definitely look into that review :)

It just seems to absorb product and doesn't deposit it nicely if that makes sense? It's also one of those brushes that drag product off the skin, even if you pat rather than sweep. The bristles also feel a bit loose in the ferrule so I'm very careful washing it. I mean, I take care with all of my brushes but this one feels more likely to have the bristles fall out.

It's not a brush I reach for.

@Rebecca it definitely makes sense and thank you for that info.

@Jacqueline I'm feel the same way about synthetic brushes, and thanks for listing some other brushes in the Sam price range :)

I would skip them all together and invest in some Bdellium Tools or Royal & Langnickel brushes. They're the same price but they're made better and work better. I have a bunch of Bdellium's studio brushes and I love them dearly...same with my R&L's. I had some RT brushes before and I was not impressed. They shed on me and we're just meh.

@Bailey I've been reading some reviews and a lot of them say that.
