I was wondering if the shoes and dress matched? I'm going out to dinner with my best friend and family, so I want to look fancy, but not too formal, if you know what I mean. Also, what are some good makeup and hair looks to go with this? I have very fair skin and green eyes, and my hair is medium-Long and red. Thanks!

I think it looks cute. how short is the dress? I think the shorter the dress the better...that way it won't look too matchy (if that makes sense lol)
