Not in theory, BUT it does help the health of your scalp and conditions your hair which does help your hair grow to its best potential

There's no miracle product or technique to make hair grow faster as hair growth is based on genetics.

I use castor oil on my eyelashes and my eyebrows and that has significantly increased the thickness and length of both. I have not tried it on my hair though.
