Okay so. My hair is naturally very curly and I want the loose curl look for my graduation tomorrow. I just straightened my hair completely. Now what should I do?

Get a 1 1/2 inch barrel wand and curl your hair but only leave it for like 10 seconds, don't wrap it tightly around the wand either. Or you could do a heatless method, in that case, there's a million YouTube videos on different ways to do that.

What I do is use a 1 inch barrel wand. And leave it on there for 15 seconds then if you want use a wide tooth comb and comb the curls. 😀

I usually curl my hair with my straightener, I start at my roots and straighten the strand and once I reach the middle of the strand I curl it away from my face. I hope that makes sense for you :)

You can't keep the curls if you straighten your hair and curl it, I have curly hair and I tried that and the curls did not stay, instead just get a big barrel curler

For me personally straightening then curling last longer than using a curler, even without hairspray. I guess it just depends on the persons hair and definitely the weather! :)

You CAN keep the curls if you straighten first. for girls with curly hair, sometimes a curling iron is not enough. you probably will need to wrap it a bit tighter since it was straightened first, but it should hold no problem.

For my loose curls, since my hair tends to keep curls pretty good, I skip hairspray and my curls become more loose an just softer in my opinion..
