Somebody give me a go to heads up on how to do a really puffy hear with a high pony till or some people have there hair back combed and den clip the back of their hair and looks like a layered ponytail..

I think you have to tease the hair and then make the pony and also to keep the pony up you can put a bobby pin beneath it.

Yep. Tease it and smooth over the top layer. Leave a small piece of hair out of the ponytail to wrap around it. Pull the ponytail tight and put a few bobby pins under it pointing upwards then wrap the small piece around the elastic and secure with a small bobby pin.
