I bit my lower lip really hard on accident tonight, and I was wondering what I can do to get the swelling down because it's like Mount Everest up in here 😂

Refrain from touching and irritating it and use ice to take the swelling down. That's about all you can do besides giving it time to heal :)

I know I'm late but next time use ice. It constitutes your blood vessels which will slow/stop the swelling.
