Hello ladies! Have any of you tried hot oil hair treatments at home to try and promote hair growth? If so, what was the outcome? And if it worked, how many times did you do it and how much did your hair actually grow?

I've tried it at home with both olive oil and coconut oil! I got kind of lazy and haven't done it in a while, but when I did do it my hair felt so much softer and healthier, and it was growing a little faster!

I just read an article on Pintrest about the olive oil and it sparked my interest! I just wanted to know if it actually worked :)

I always do it with a mix of coconut, castor and olive oil. I don't know if it made a difference to my hair growth but it makes my hair a lot softer and more manageable. I wash my hair twice a week so I try and do a full treatment with all the oils once a week and then just put a bit of coconut oil through my hair quickly once a week.
