It could be a cold sore, in which case ask at your chemists for the right cream for it (I can't remember what it's called sorry) x

It looks like cold sore there is this cream called Abreva it cost about 16 dollars at Walmart and it dries it up pretty quickly. Carmex or blistex is just an external anelgesic so it won't heal it.
