Mature Outfit Help!!

It's my grandmother's 80th birthday in September and I've run into a snag with what I should wear and have my hair and makeup and nails. I'll be 15 then and I'm looking for outfits and makeup advice that'll show my family that I've grown up and matured and I'm not a little girl anymore. I'll have a nose ring or button and my style is kinda bohemian and rebellious if that makes sense. I wear a lot of black but also a lot of flowy things. My grandma loves my naturally curly hair but I could also straighten it. it'll be still kinda hot/warm where I live (Vancouver, Canada ) and bright and light blues look the best on me. I'd love dress suggestions with pictures and I'd like to keep it under 30 bucks. thanks everyone xoxoxo.

It's very airy and flowy so perfect for the weather you'll be in, also I think you should keep your hair curly because it's her birthday and she loves it. also you could keep your nails French tip or a natural manicure because that it's mature looking imo. :)

Just keep it simple :) a black or Blue dress, curly hair and a natural make up would look great :)

Maturity is more about the way you act, at least in my opinion.
having a nose ring is great but there's still thousands of immature people who dress nice and have piercings.
just dress and do your makeup the way you usually do.
you can either do natural simple makeup or go all out and go glam.
winged liner, falsies, etc.
