Hair Change: Blonde to Brown?

I have very light natural blonde hair and I'm tired of it. I want to change it some. I've dyed the under layers of my hair a dark brown, and I loved it. Now should I do all of my hair a light brown?
I'll attach a picture of me & of my hair.
Also, my eyebrows are naturally blonde too (cries) and I don't want my hair to make me look like I don't have eyebrows.

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.  :)

For your eyebrows you could get them tinted
