How to grow hair

I have straight hair, but alot of them are broken so they frizz up. I want longer hair and the frizzies to go away. How do I grow my hair out fast?

Do you straighten your hair alot? I stopped this and tried doing different styles and I've seen my hair grow so much faster. Also, if you put your hair up alot, believe it or not you'll make your own split ends. It's odd but true. I will get a TRIM every 2-3 months & my hair has been growing very fast. Don't cut it, just a simple trim. Don't take pills or anything, some can be mad for you so I don't recommend that! Hope this helps :)
