I think you'd have to put brown on the lid, then darker brown on your crease. Then take that same dark brown and smudge is along your bottom lash line, and finish with white in the inner corner? If your outer corner is not dark enough, you could also add a bit of black/grey there and smudge it out really well.

Laura has the right idea! But I would say it's more of a pinky bronze all over the lid and then I'd do a matte brown in the crease, also she's got white eyeliner in her tight line (or water line, I never remember which is which) which makes eyes appear more awake!

I'd suggest looking up soft brown smokey eye tutorials on YouTube, it looks like thats what it is :) also it seems like she has white/a light color on her waterline/inner corner.
