So my skin is a mess at the moment, I have a lot of skin colored bumps and red dots on my cheeks... I thought it was acne but the skin is soft, the spots aren't itching and they don't hurt. So I'm not sure if it is acne. My sisters dermatologist said that it could be my sideburns causing the trouble. Does anyone have an idea what it could be?
(I exfoliate once, sometimes twice a week and I use a face mask once a week. I take good care of my skin, I cleanse it well and I moisturize twice a day)

It is an allergy rash. I have one as well! Taking Zyrtec once a day at night will hopefully help. Your sideburns may be catching pollen or something that you are allergic to and transferring it your cheeks. I also changed to the Cetaphil moisturiser, it's much more gentle. I hope this helps!

You are right! I am allergic to pollen! I haven't had any problems so I haven't used my medication in a while but now you mention this, this could be a reaction. Thank you!!

No problem! If it turns out not being an allergic reaction, just don't touch your face and keep it clean! :)

@Grace Where did you get it? I'm from Europe so I'm not sure if it's available here...

I had that one time and I think what caused mine was my brush when I applied blush or foundation.. It would always poke my cheeks and cause pimples & redness so that might be the cause too.

Thanks for the tip Hayden! I'll check but I don't think that's the problem since I haven't worn makeup in ages (since I haven't had school)
