I'm going to do my cousins hair and makeup for her 8TH grade formal. This was last minute request and all I know is that her dress is yellow. I have yet to receive a picture. What eye look would go with a yellow dress. Nothing too dramatic of course shes in 8th grade.

I'd go with the second one it's more of a natural no make up makeup look and it's appropriate for her age 😊

^ don't need to go as intense if you don't want to, but some gold sparkles would be nice :)
