I do suggest that if you're going to wear red you should use Kat Von d outlaw liquid lipstick for no smudges or touch ups. Just don't eat anything greasy though because makeup comes off with oil!

I say a magenta. to me, red should be kept classic with a simple eye (nude shadow and a little liner). I love magenta or hot pink with more of a heavy eye (think macs girl about town, too faced melted fushia or my favorite, make up for evers aqua rouge liquid lipstick #16)

If you're going with silver eyes then maybe go for a purple but if you're going gold then red but if you're mixing the two then maybe go pink or whichever of the three you think looks good on you.
