Exfoliate and lotion. they have a lotion at walmart specifically for it.. I think it's goldbond but I could be totally wrong.

Exfoliating is the best piece of advice I could give you, it is the only thing that worked for me as well as moisturizing, and well- time. They do eventually go away. Make sure to not scratch them or they will scar!
