I use it before I shave and my skin is amazing afterwards. Of course rinse off the salt, but oil is hydrophobic and will stay on your skin until you wash it off with soap.

That actually sounds like an awesome body scrub! Your skin absorbs coconut oil especially when it's warm ( under the shower ) so it shouldn't be a problem

I heard from a skin specialist that if you use a mix of seasalt and coconut oil for a shower scrub it will help w/ chest and back acne.. but I'm alittle worried that it will cause my skin to be greasy or too oily. Anyone have any other natural body scrub suggestions?
