I have waist length hair and I did the heatless headband curling, the YouTube tutorial that inspired me was by Vivian Vo-Farmer "Heatless Curls with a headband" it was pretty good
It lasted for 2 days

My favourite way of doing heartless curls is to put them in French plaits either 2 or 1 in sure there are tutorials on YouTube. I do this with wet hair then leave it overnight and take them out with a quick spritz of hairspray and your ready to go!!

I know this may sound stupid but when I want to just curl little bits of my hair I just twist it around my finger hold it for 2 mins and it makes loose curls. I've got really thin hair so it may not work on thick hair.
