I used the loreal hi color in magenta and it only dyed my roots and a few streaks. As for unnatural red hair colors it is nearly impossible to have an actual permanent color. I think that Manic Panic Rock n roll red or Infra Red would be good over that hair, but it is SEMI-permanent. It will only last like a month and then you'll have to touch up.
